PLEASE NOTE:

Registration is for CONTRACTORS registering their company only.
If your company has already been registered, you do not need to register here. You should contact the admin/manager of your company to create an account for you.
If you are a WM EMPLOYEE, please contact SAFETY SERVICES to receive your credentials.

Select the site(s) at which your company will be working.

Employee Id:	The unique identifier your company internally uses for employees. If you do not have an Employee Id, you can create one or use the username.
